Maintain balance in times of change and uncertainty

Coaching new and emerging leaders in a Sydney blue chip company reinforces to me the importance of maintaining balance for your teams during times of change and uncertainty.  Organisations experience constant change in 2023.  Understanding and perspective give leaders a platform to carve the path for their teams.  Teams need  purpose, clarity and a voice to the larger organization.  Often during change leaders discover new strengths.  

Working with leaders in small group settings on a selected leadership development topic such as Leading through Change, Having Courageous Conversations or Self Awareness reminds me how valuable this learning is. Participants can discuss and share their own experiences in an objective, safe environment. 

Individuals draw what they uniquely need from these sessions. I’m always energized and motivated by their insights and ability to meet the challenges they face daily.
