These are the moments when you need clarity. Its a moment to connect to your ‘best self’ and be clear on the outcomes you want to create. When you align to your leadership vision and values, what do you say? How do lead authentically and show you can relate to others?

Pausing for a moment when busy takes self-awareness – how you are feeling at that moment, why that is and how you may influence others, is emotional intelligence in action.
